In 2020, Armani released the hugely popular white floral fragrance My Way Eau de Parfum. The brand stated that this tuberose-dominant fragrance is “inspired by the genuine search for meaning and authenticity that lies outside oneself”.

Let’s dive straight into my review & compare of Armani My Way Eau de Parfum and My Way Intense Eau de Parfum, plus my choice of the outright winner.
1. Armani My Way Eau de Parfum
Review
Armani My Way Eau de Parfum is a carefree and confident white floral fragrance released in 2020. Carlos Benaïm and Bruno Jovanovic are the noses behind this fragrance.
This fragrance sparkles from the start with delicate orange blossom and zesty bergamot. Fragrant tuberose in the heart soon becomes the star note. Its white floral note is fresh and inviting.
Upon dry-down, vanilla provides some discreet sweetness, whilst musk and wood create balance; Settles to a heavenly white floral scent with hints of citrus.
This pretty fragrance is very similar to Givenchy L’Interdit Eau de Parfum (I have a full bottle). If you have one, I would probably not purchase the other, in all honesty.
Overall, Armani My Way Eau de Parfum is a beautifully balanced feminine fragrance ideal for daytime wear.

Seasons & Longevity
With its easy-going white floral aroma, My Way Eau de Parfum is best suited for spring, summer and even creeping into autumn. I would wear this as a daytime scent for shopping trips, lunches, and fun days out.
The performance is fair considering it’s a white floral scent, projecting reasonably well for the first 1-2 hours, lasting 5+ hours just above the skin.

2. Armani My Way Intense Eau de Parfum
Review
Released in 2021, Armani My Way Intense Eau de Parfum builds upon the white floral DNA of the original fragrance and injects a subtle bitter edge. the perfumer is Carlos Benaïm.
The opening retains much of the same sparkle as the original fragrance, with bright orange blossom and bitter orange first to delight. A heart of two types of tuberose provides a symphony of white florals.
Dry-down is purposely delicate, vanilla and sandalwood hover discreetly in the background; it settles to a more deliberate tuberose scent than the original with a tinge of cheeky bitterness.
As with the original My Way, Armani My Way Intense is strikingly similar to Givenchy L’Interdit Eau de Parfum.
Overall, Armani My Way Intense Eau de Parfum does a decent job of amplifying the tuberose note of the original scent and adds a subtle bitter edge.

My Way Intense Eau de Parfum is, in my opinion, a versatile any-season fragrance. Although an ‘intense’ version, I would still really only wear this in the day, perhaps on a hot summers evening too.
The performance is slightly better than the original My Way, so expect decent projection for 2 hours, lasting 5+ hours before becoming a skin scent.

Conclusion
Overall, both fragrances in the Armani My Way collection are well-balanced white floral scents that smell feminine and perform pretty well. I recommend you try both fragrances in-store and decide which one you prefer, but do let them dry down for at least 20-30 minutes before making your final decision.
It’s nice to see that the brand has consciously sourced ingredients and provides refillable bottles as a commitment to fight against climate change. I look forward to other major perfume houses following suit.
