The Stronger With You collection has become one of my favourite Emporio Armani fragrance lines, combining sweet, warm and spicy notes with that distinctive chestnut accord that crops up throughout much of the range.
I first properly explored the collection back in 2023 during my Selfridges fragrance-hunting trip, but quite a lot has happened since then. Armani clearly wasn’t finished with Stronger With You, and neither, apparently, was I.
I’ve continued testing the fragrances as new versions have appeared, including 2025’s Stronger With You Parfum and the latest 2026 releases, Stronger With You Spices and Stronger With You Powerfully.
So, after plenty of spraying, testing and wearing, I’ve ranked all seven current Stronger With You fragrances below, starting with my personal favourite, with my thoughts on how each one smells, performs and when I’d wear it.

Best Stronger With You Fragrances
1. Stronger With You Absolutely Parfum
Review
Stronger With You Absolutely takes the familiar warmth and sweetness of the Stronger With You collection and turns everything up a notch, adding a rich, boozy character that immediately makes it stand out.
The rum accord makes quite an entrance. It’s warm, sweet and unmistakably boozy, but I don’t find it harsh or overly alcoholic. As that opening begins to settle, aromatic lavender starts to emerge and takes some of the edge off the initial sweetness.
For me, the real magic happens as Absolutely dries down. Vanilla becomes increasingly noticeable alongside warm, slightly smoky cedarwood, while traces of that boozy rum character continue to hang around in the background.

On paper, Stronger With You Absolutely has cold-weather fragrance written all over it. Rum, vanilla and woods naturally feel at home during autumn and winter, particularly during the evening.
That said, I don’t restrict it entirely to colder months. I enjoy the boozy character enough to wear it on cooler spring and summer evenings too, although I’d probably think twice before reaching for it during a 30°C afternoon.
Performance is excellent. I get well over 7 hours from it, with strong projection.
2. Stronger With You Powerfully Eau de Parfum
Review
Stronger With You Powerfully arrived in 2026 with a fruity twist that immediately sets it apart from the rest of the collection.
Juicy cherry and bright mandarin make quite an entrance before lavender and warm spices begin to pull it back towards familiar Stronger With You territory. I find the dry-down particularly appealing, with sweet chestnut, vanilla and ambery woods creating that rich, cosy warmth the collection does so well.

For me, this is firmly an autumn and winter fragrance. The cherry gives it a playful opening, but once the chestnut and vanilla arrive it becomes richer, warmer and better suited to cooler evenings.
Longevity is excellent, easily pushing beyond 8 hours on my skin, with strong projection early on before settling into a warm scent bubble.
3. Stronger With You Intensely Eau de Parfum
Review
Intense by name and nature, Stronger With You Intensely is bold, sweet and confident… rather like a man fearless in love, or simply in a hurry to get served at the bar!
It opens with a warm hit of pink pepper alongside plenty of sweetness, with vanilla and a deliciously rich toffee note quickly making themselves known.
For me, it’s the combination of vanilla and toffee that really defines Intensely. As it settles, the initial spice softens and the fragrance becomes smoother, warmer and more comforting, with amberwood adding depth to the dry-down.

For those colder autumn and winter nights, and even into early spring, Stronger With You Intensely really comes into its own. I think it works particularly well dressed up for an evening out, whether that’s a black-tie event, dinner or cocktails.
It’s also an excellent performer. I get 7 hours of wear, with strong projection at first before it gradually settles closer to the skin.
4. Stronger With You Spices Eau de Parfum
Review
Released in 2026, Stronger With You Spices takes the familiar sweet warmth of the collection and gives it a noticeably spicier edge.
Black pepper gets things moving with a warm, lively kick before saffron and aromatic spices take over. I particularly like how the familiar Stronger With You character returns in the dry-down, with sweet chestnut, creamy vanilla and warm ambery woods smoothing everything out.

Seasons & Longevity
This feels made for autumn and winter to me, when its combination of pepper, warm spices, chestnut and vanilla really comes into its own. I’d happily wear it for daytime, although it’s polished enough for an evening out too.
Performance is solid rather than outrageous, with around 6+ hours of realistic performance and moderate projection that becomes softer as the fragrance settles.
5. Stronger With You Parfum
Review
Released in 2025, Stronger With You Parfum opens with a lively combination of spicy pink pepper and juicy mandarin, before aromatic lavender and earthy sage begin to smooth things out.
For me, though, the base is where Stronger With You Parfum really distinguishes itself. Roasted chestnut combines with vanilla and a darker leather accord, giving it a richer, more mature feel than some of its sweeter Stronger With You siblings.
I particularly like the leather here. It adds a masculine edge without becoming too heavy or making you smell as though you’ve spent the afternoon browsing expensive sofas.

I find this one quite versatile and would happily wear it throughout autumn, winter and into early spring. The leather and roasted chestnut give it enough weight for colder weather, although for me they also stop it from being a true year-round fragrance.
Performance is respectable, lasting 7+ hours with a noticeable projection that gradually settles as the fragrance develops.
6. Stronger With You Amber Eau de Parfum
Review
Stronger With You Amber takes a smoother and slightly more relaxed approach to the familiar sweetness of the collection.
Lavender gives the opening a clean, aromatic freshness before warm amber begins to take centre stage. Vanilla soon joins in, creating a soft, sweet and comforting dry-down that I find very easy to wear.
For me, Amber doesn’t have quite the same punch as Intensely or Absolutely, but that’s also part of its appeal. It’s warm and inviting without announcing your arrival several minutes before you do.

Although it works well in winter, I particularly like Stronger With You Amber during the transition from summer into autumn, when the evenings start getting cooler but you’re not quite ready for the heavier fragrances.
I get around 6+ hours of wear, with moderate projection that gradually settles into a softer vanilla and amber scent close to the skin.
7. Stronger With You Eau de Toilette
Review
The original Stronger With You Eau de Toilette started it all, and despite all the flankers that have followed, it remains a classy, modern and playful fragrance.
It opens with spicy cardamom and pink peppercorn alongside violet leaves, before aromatic sage begins to emerge. As it settles, vanilla and the now-familiar chestnut accord bring plenty of warmth and sweetness.
I still enjoy the original, but after wearing some of the richer fragrances that followed, I find it a little harder to get excited about these days. It’s rather like going back to the standard room after you’ve discovered the hotel has suites.

For me, Stronger With You Eau de Toilette works best during autumn and winter, particularly on cooler evenings. It’s an easy choice for a romantic dinner, drinks or a night at the theatre.
I got around 6+ hours of wear, with good projection initially before it gradually settles closer to the skin. It gets noticed without being too nuclear.

Stronger With You Absolutely Parfum
Call me an old booze hound if you will, but Stronger With You Absolutely Parfum remains my top pick of the collection as it’s boozy, confident and classy.
It’s rich, smooth and indulgent, but still incredibly wearable. Of all the fragrances in the Stronger With You collection, this is the one I keep coming back to, which is ultimately why it takes my number-one spot.
Conclusion
The Emporio Armani Stronger With You collection has grown considerably since the original fragrance arrived, but that familiar combination of warmth, sweetness and spice still runs through the entire range.
That said, there really isn’t a bad fragrance here. Intensely is sweeter and bolder, Parfum brings a more mature leathery edge, while newer releases such as Spices and Powerfully take the collection in slightly different directions.
Ultimately, which Stronger With You is best will come down to what you enjoy wearing. For me, though, Absolutely is still the bottle to beat.
