Best La Nuit Trésor Perfumes
Romantic and elegant, I’ve selected 7 of the best La Nuit Trésor perfumes from Lancôme to suit every season and occasion.
1. La Nuit Trésor Eau de Toilette

Review
Launched in 2017, La Nuit Trésor Eau de Toilette is an elegant fruity floral fragrance packed with juicy berries, vanilla and pretty florals.
A fruity opening of sweet wild blackberries is balanced by a generous dose of citrus. Rose Damascena blooms effortlessly in the heart and is supported by delicate white florals.
Upon dry-down, crowd-pleasing vanilla brings sweetness, whilst earthy/musky patchouli adds a touch of mystery.
Top Notes:
Wild Blackberry Accord, Citrus
Mid Notes:
Rose Damascena Essence, White Florals
Base Notes:
Vanille Tahitensis Absolu, Patchouli Essence
Seasons & Longevity
This fragrance works particularly well in the transition months of spring and autumn (thanks to the berries). I feel this fragrance is ideal for day or night.
Projection and sillage are excellent for the first 3 hours, but sadly this fragrance then runs out of steam, perhaps due to the EDT formulation.

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | A romantic rose/vanilla scent with juicy berries |
Cons | Does not last very long so price/performance is poor |
2. La Nuit Trésor Eau de Parfum

Review
La Nuit Trésor Eau de Parfum is an amber vanilla fragrance described by Lancôme as a woody floral ambery perfume. It was launched in 2015 and is warmer and more sweet-gourmand than the lighter EDT version.
Gently spiced black rose is the first to appear, supported by a discreet splash of citrus. The heart unleashes a feminine combination of exotic orchids and sweet vanilla.
The dry-down is an unusual and complex combination of praline, litchi, incense, and papyrus. Settles to a sweet praline/caramel scent with fruits, vanilla and rose.
Top Notes:
Black Rose Essence
Mid Notes:
Vanilla Tahitensis, Orchid Absolute
Base Notes:
Incense, Papyrus Essence, Lychee, Praline
Seasons & Longevity
This fragrance works best for the cooler winter and autumn months and leans more towards eveningwear thanks to its underlying warmth and sweetness. Smells quite glam, so worth getting dressed up for!
At 5+ hours, it’s a long-lasting fragrance with excellent sillage and projection, so it works exceptionally well for all-night events. Very similar to Signature True by Armaf.

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | A classy fruity/rose scent with delicious vanilla and praline |
Cons | Perhaps a bit too sweet for some noses |
3. La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant Eau de Parfum

Review
La Nuit Trésor Musc Diamant Eau de Parfum is a dazzling and sensual raspberry-tinged rose fragrance with a welcome dose of sophisticated musk launched in 2019.
The opening note of sweet/fruity/floral freesia leads to an incredible heart of raspberry-tinged Damask rose that smells elegant and refined.
A sensual base of musk and semi-sweet vanilla eventually settles to a musky-rose fragrance with a raspberry twist. Reminds me of a less fruity version of Roses Greedy by Mancera.
Top Notes:
Freesia
Mid Notes:
Damascena Rose
Base Notes:
Musk
Seasons & Longevity
This fragrance is a great all-rounder that works well throughout the year, slightly more geared towards the transition months of spring and autumn. Equally wearable day or night.
Performance is excellent, and I could still smell this on me 6 hours later. Projection and sillage are also good, securing its status as a great all-around fragrance in my book!

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | A versatile and well-balanced all-rounder that smells feminine and elegant |
Cons | If you don’t love musk, then this is not for you |
4. La Nuit Trésor a La Folie Eau de Parfum

Review
La Nuit Trésor a la Folie Eau de Parfum is a vanilla/floral scent inspired by the feeling of true love when even time itself seems to stand still. This fragrance was launched in 2018.
The spicy pink pepper in the opening combined with the fruity/berry/cherry scent of Damask rose in the heart is incredibly feminine.
Rich bourbon vanilla joins forces with musky patchouli in the base to a generous helping of glamour. Settles to an attention-seeking fruity/floral vanilla scent.
Top Notes:
Pink Pepper
Mid Notes:
Damascena Rose
Base Notes:
Vanilla
Seasons & Longevity
Best for the autumn and winter months. For me personally, it’s more for evening wear, especially for dressier events.
At 6+ hours, it’s a long-lasting fragrance with above average sillage and projection, so it will last you all evening.

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | A classy blend of cherry/rose and patchouli that smells elegant |
Cons | Maybe too mature for a younger crowd |
5. La Nuit Trésor Intense Eau de Parfum

Review
Launched in 2022, La Nuit Trésor Intense Eau de Parfum is a floral amber fragrance for women. It’s inspired by a deep, passionate love story and presented in an exquisite ruby bottle.
La Nuit Trésor Intense has a relatively simple composition with unexpected results as sensual Damask rose entwines with black cherry accord.
As this scent dries, sweet almond milk and seductive vanilla add richness and sophistication. Settles to a mature-leaning cherry-rose fragrance with almond and vanilla.
Top Notes:
Damascena Rose
Mid Notes:
Black Cherry
Base Notes:
Almond Milk, Vanilla
Seasons & Longevity
La Nuit Trésor Intense is a fragrance that works well for autumn or winter, particularly in the evening. Think fancy dinners or a trip to the theatre squinting through those little binoculars!
It has moderate sillage/projection and lasts 5+ hours; it can be worn as an everyday scent or day-to-night fragrance. If you want more cherry and less rose, I recommend Lost Cherry by Tom Ford.

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | Compliment-getting combination of rose and black cherry with an almond/vanilla twist |
Cons | More for special occasions rather than everyday wear |
6. La Nuit Trésor Nude Eau de Toilette

Review
Launched in 2020, La Nuit Trésor Nude Eau de Toilette is a carfree sweet floral fragrance inspired by authentic love stories and intense sensuality. It’s described by Lancôme as a sequence of stolen moments with no filter!
The opening of juicy, zesty bergamot collides with the soft and delicate aroma of rose in the heart of this scent. Coconut and vanilla in the base soon dominate to add summertime cheer.
Top Notes:
Bergamot Essence
Mid Notes:
Rose Essence
Base Notes:
Coconut, Vanilla
Seasons & Longevity
This fragrance is a versatile all-rounder that works throughout the year. It has more of a daytime/holiday feel to its scent profile. To my nose, it has a slight Alien Goddess vibe to it.
Lasting a very reasonable 5+ hours, La Nuit Trésor Nude Eau de Toilette has moderate sillage and projection. Works well for wearing when you just want a steady scent.

Benefits & Drawbacks
Pros | A feel-good fragrance that is feminine and easy-going |
Cons | Does smell like a lot of other fragrances and not exactly La Nuit |

Cons | A limited-edition, so not too easy to get hold of |

Ingrid’s Top Pick

La Nuit Trésor Intense Eau de Parfum
My top pick is La Nuit Trésor Intense Eau de Parfum. I chose this fragrance because the soft rose and cherry combination works wonderfully with the vanilla and almond. It’s an excellent performer too.
