Founded by skilled cosmetologist Aliza Jabes in 1990, NUXE is a Parisian brand with a loyal customer base, specialising in skincare, haircare, and fragrance.

What really caught my eye was the collection of NUXE body mists, which are all made with the same sophisticated approach as NUXE perfumes but at a more affordable price.

Best NUXE Fragrance Mists

Floral, fruity and fabulous, these four NUXE fragrance mists are my absolute favourites; each one is complex, alluring, and utterly feminine.

Review

Want that ‘strolling through a tropical island as the sun sets’ feeling? If so, Sun Eau Delicieuse is one of my all-time favourites. This is a floral and fruity gourmand scent that evolves as it dries down.

Opening with juicy orange and petitgrain, it has a fresh, vibrant start that becomes sweeter as coconut and tiare flowers bloom at its heart.

These refreshing notes are underpinned by rich vanilla and musk, giving the overall dry scent a sensual vibe that’s feminine without being too sweet.

Top Notes:

Orange, Petitgrain

Mid Notes:

Coconut, Tiare Flower

Base Notes:

Vanilla, Musk

Seasons & Longevity

Sun Eau Delicieuse Parfumante is an ideal summer body mist with refreshing projection that mellows quickly.

While this scent is not overly robust, you will detect hints throughout the day if you apply it to your clothes and hair.

Seasons: Spring,Summer
Longevity 3+ hours

2. Nuxe Body Relaxing Fragrance Water

Review

NUXE Body Relaxing Fragrance Water is probably one of the most iconic NUXE body mists, and there’s no denying it deserves all of the love it gets.

Opening with sweet and refreshing coconut sorbet, the blend quickly dries down, and white floral notes appear.

The base is rich and sweet, thanks to vanilla notes, but it never overpowers the lighter notes. Because of this, NUXE Body Relaxing Fragrance Water is light, airy, and inviting.

Top Notes:

Coconut Sorbet

Mid Notes:

White Flowers

Base Notes:

Vanilla

Seasons & Longevity

Wear Rêve de Thé on fresh spring mornings to get the most out of its different notes, but if you want to really encourage the herbal notes, wear it in summer. The sillage is sweet and sharp but fades quickly.

The resulting dry scent is actually fairly robust; on a good day, I’ve managed to get four hours of noticeable scent from it!

Seasons: Spring,Summer
Longevity 4+ hours

3. Rêve de Thé Fragrant Water

Review

Green and juicy, Rêve de Thé is one of my all-time body mists for daytime dates. It’s feminine and playful without being immature or overly sweet. Something about it just feels fresh.

Sweet and tart rhubarb dominates the wet scent after application, but you’ll notice dry notes of green tea bleeding through very quickly.

A base of fresh herbs adds a mature and alluring edge to the dry scent; this really turns heads.

Rhubarb

Mid Notes:

Green Tea

Base Notes:

4. Rêve de Miel Fragrant Water

Review

If you prefer your scents a little less sweet, Rêve de Miel is a go-to scent for casual daytime wear and it always turns heads.

Opening with notes of orange blossom, Rêve de Miel quickly dries to reveal a heart note of honey that slowly deepens until base notes of sandalwood and sweet Tonka bean bleed through.

It’s rich, sensual, and balanced, and it feels mature, which can help during a stressful day.

Top Notes:

Orange Blossom

Mid Notes:

Honey

Base Notes:

Sandalwood, Tonka Bean

Seasons & Longevity

Though Rêve de Miel seems perfect for summer on paper, I like to wear it in spring, just as the days start to heat up.

Because it’s a body mist rather than a perfume, the more delicate notes don’t last long, but the scent of honey and sandalwood will linger for at least three hours.

Longevity 3+ hours

Sheree’s Top Pick

Sheree's favourite pick is Nuxe Body Relaxing Fragrance Water

Nuxe Body Relaxing Fragrance Water

However much I like all of the body mists, NUXE Body Relaxing Fragrance Water is the mist I have no choice but to pick as my most favourite. This light and airy scent is wonderful to relax your body and mind.

Conclusion

Perfume may be my first love, but there’s no denying that a great body spray is a useful handbag essential.

These four body mists have that classic NUXE vibe; they’re elegant, alluring, and unique, plus although they are more expensive than Victoria’s Secret body mists, they won’t break the bank.

My secret weapon is to mix a few pumps of Sun Eau Delicieuse and Rêve de Miel; the result is unusual and head-turning. It really gives that bespoke scent feeling!
