4. Sisley Eau du Soir Eau de Parfum
Review
Released in 1990, Sisley Eau du Soir Eau de Parfum is a beautiful fragrance with all the hallmarks of a Chypre Floral with the freshness of juniper.
The initial opening is sharp, with zesty orange and grapefruit leading the charge. The heart of this fragrance lets loose oakmoss, patchouli and fresh juniper, sprinkled with pepper. Powdery iris also blooms with a touch of green carnation.
Musk and amber in the base add depth. The whole composition settles to a classic Chypre Floral that is heavy on oakmoss, flowers and patchouli.
Best suited for autumn/winter as it will be too powerful for warmer weather. Lasts 8+ hours with excellent sillage and projection.

5. Sana Jardin Celestial Patchouli Eau de Parfum
Review
As the name suggests, Sana Jardin Celestial Patchouli Eau de Parfum is a patchouli led Chypre Floral. I wanted to include this beauty to the list as it makes an excellent ‘gateway’ fragrance into the world of Chypre Floral as it is not so mossy.
The opening is warm and spicy with coriander seed leading to a floral heart of rose and osmanthus supported by powdery/iris smelling orris root.
Upon dry-down, earthy patchouli dominates. Spicy cyproil, sweet cinnamon and sensual woody notes bring out something genuinely feminine and classy.
I would wear this in autumn/winter and even creating into spring. You can expect 6+ hours of longevity with good projection and silage.
