For quite some time I had been meaning to put together an article on the most popular Diptyque perfumes for women. Last month I was enjoying a delightful coffee and pasy in Le Pain Quotidien and found myself looking out onto the Diptyque store in London. No better time than the present.
The Diptyque assistant could not have been more helpful, and professionally guided me through the entire collection. After an enjoyable hour, I managed to decide on the 10 best fragrances for this Most Popular Diptyque Perfumes For Her article.
Background Of Diptyque
Diptyque is a classic French perfume house founded in 1961 by a trio of artists; Yves Coueslant, Desmond Knox-Leet, and Christiane Gautrot. The business initially started in Paris as a supplier of home furnishings and printed fabrics. However, they soon gravitated towards the wonderful world of fragrance.
The perfume house now holds over 60 perfumes in its catalogue boasting fragrances inspired by the trips of the three founders across the world. Not only focusing on perfume, but Diptyque also offer scented candles, room diffusers, skincare products, and even perfume bracelets!
Their fragrance range spans from the very first Diptyque fragrance L’Eau created in 1968 that combines cloves, cinnamon, florals, and woody notes, to their latest edition, the musky adventure Fleur de Peau.
Diptyque have collaborated with renowned artists from the olfactory world such as Daniel Moliere, Serge Kalouguine, Olivier Pescheux, Fabrice Pellegrin, Olivia Giacobetti and Desmond Knox-Leet.

Opening with a wave of tuberose that provides powdery and slightly sweet floral notes, coupled nicely with the subtle spice of pepper. Orange leaf does make a cameo appearance. Conclusion
Afraid this now concludes my 10 Most Popular Diptyque Perfumes article, hope you found it useful! There is a wide range of Diptyque fragrances to choose from that can suit any season, any occasion, and of course any woman!
Although normally I prefer the Eau De Parfum version of most fragrances, Diptyque was quite interesting. Many of their Eau De Toilette was fairly long-lasting and in my opinion more feminine than the Eau De Parfum version.
Recommended: My personal favourite and winner of the 10 Most Popular Diptyque Perfumes is Eau Rose. It is a beautiful, feminine and delicate with fresh floral, woody, and fruity notes. Truly stunning.
If you ever find yourself in London, then I can thoroughly recommend paying a visit to the Diptyque store down Marylebone High Street. Not only do they have lots of their lovely fragrances on display for you to sample, but there are also lots of scented candles and other goodies to encounter.
Fragrance is not just for your body; it should be part of your home too. With that in mind, you may enjoy exploring the wide range of candles that Diptyque offers. Scented candles can be total game changers and uplift your experience when having a bath or generally relaxing at home.
Diptyque also offer many other delightful body-care products such as hand lotions, face creams, smoothing body polish, satin oil for body and hair, soaps, shower balms, and hair mists. You name it, they seem to have it!
